INGREDIENTS: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Calcium Carbonate, Stearic Acid (Vegetable), Silicon Dioxide, Citric Acid, Melatonin, Sodium Starch Glycolate.

SUGGESTED USE: Swallow one tablet one hour before bedtime.

FREE OF: Sugar, soy, wheat casein, gluten, milk, egg, preservatives, yeast, gelatin, flavorings, colorings, peanuts, tree nuts or fish.

IMPORTANT:
THESE TABLETS MUST BE SWALLOWED WHOLE. THEY MAY NOT BE CRUSHED OR DISSOLVED IN LIQUIDS BECAUSE THAT WOULD DESTROY THE SLO-RELEASE MATRIX THAT LENGTHENS THE TABLET’S DISSOLVING TIME. THEY MAY BE SWALLOWED WITH FOOD SUCH AS APPLESAUCE, MASHED POTATOES OR PEANUT BUTTER FOLLOWED BY SOME WATER.
